Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please note: Processing times may be extended during high order volume, sales, or holidays.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Delays & Carrier Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, it is out of our control.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked delivered but not received:
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- Check with neighbors or your local post office
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- We are not responsible for lost packages
- Additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order
8. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide photos of:
- The product
- The packaging
We will review the claim and determine a replacement or solution.
9. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Refusal of delivery
- Incorrect address
- Failure to receive
The customer will be responsible for:
- Return shipping fees
- Reshipping costs
